Call for Memorials to District Convention

MEMORIALS (OVERTURES) may be submitted to the District Convention by any congregation, any Circuit Forum, or by the Board of Directors.
 
  The DEADLINE FOR MEMORIALS for inclusion in the printed Convention Handbook is March 1, 2009. (They need to arrive at the District Office no later than this date.)
  
Only those memorials printed in the Handbook must be considered by a Floor Committee, which in turn will present an appropriate resolution to the Convention for action.
  
Memorials submitted after March 1, 2009, MAY BE referred to a Floor Committee at the discretion of the District President.
