This is to advise you of your opportunity to nominate one or two pastors as candidates for the office of Circuit Counselor of your circuit or proposed circuit 1 or 2, the election of which shall take place at our Southern District Convention, June 18-20, 2009. The elective term of this office will be three (3) years. Please note that a Circuit Counselor cannot serve on the Board of Directors or any other position in the District or Synod.
