To Engage -- An event for missionally interested lay members and professional church workers for mutual conversation, encouragement, and engagement in our struggle to fulfill Jesus' Great Commandment and Great Commission.

To Impact -- Toward effective outreach in our neighborhoods and communities in the name of Jesus for the growth of the kingdom of God. Participants will depart with a new vision for simple things that can be done here and now, without great expense, to live out their faith where they live.

To Transform -- For the renewal of our hearts, minds, and actions as we begin the new year. Includes intensive presentation by Rev. Greg Finke (http://dwelling114.org) and an introduction to the incarnational, missional nature of both Jesus and those who would follow him into the world.
